Mr. Essa Al-Asousi has 15 years of post-graduate experience in the banking and investments industries in Kuwait and the GCC, with proven experience in investment analysis, portfolio management and corporate finance. He currently sits on the board of Kuwait Petroleum Corporation and several prominent companies in Kuwait and the middle-East region. Mr. Essa Al-Asousi holds a Baccalaureate degree in Business Administration from Boston University, USA.

Mr. Jerkhi has over 18 years of proven experience in the Investment sector. He obtained his Finance degree from the University of Colorado – Denver. He started his professional career as a Client Relations Officer in Gulf Bank. Following Gulf Bank, he became Portfolio Manager at Bayan Investment Company. In 2008, he moved to Al Ritaj Investment Company - K.S.C. as Assistant Vice President in the Asset Management Division. Today, he is Senior Vice President and leading the Division. He is managing Al Ritaj’s investments locally, GCC and internationally. He ensures Al Ritaj adheres to Capital Markets Authority’s rules and regulations affecting the division’s activities.

Mr. Al Ahmad has over 14 years of post-graduate experience in the investment and financial brokerage industries, with proven experience in capital markets, business transformation and development, online financial brokerage, portfolio management, project management, corporate communications and financial marketing. Prior to joining Al Ritaj Investment Company - K.S.C., Mr. Al Ahmad served as Vice President at Coast Investment and Development Company where he established and directed the Financial Brokerage Group. At Coast, he was responsible for instigating and achieving institute-wide projects. He instituted a state-of-the-art online trading system capable of trading in over 40 global financial markets. He also served as Projects Manager - Financial Brokerage Division at Kuwait and Middle East Investment Company. At KMEFIC, he played a leading role in the company's business transformation project. Representing KMEFIC, he was instrumental in assisting Boursa Kuwait in the implementation of the post-trade model project.

He has a degree in Business Management and carries the designation of Chartered Financial Marketer and is a Fellow of Global Academy of Finance and Management and American Academy of Financial Management.

Mr. Tandon has over 12 years of experience managing multi asset class portfolios across markets. In the past he has worked with eminent regional asset management firm Global Investment House, co-managing Equity and Fixed Income portfolios in excess of US$ 2 billion covering listed capital market space in the GCC region. Prior to managing funds in the in middle-east he has had a successful stint on the institutional equities side with Nomura (Erstwhile Lehman Brothers) and JM Financial Morgan Stanley, where he advised institutional investors about investments in Power Utilities and Capital Goods space in Asian markets.
He is a CFA charter holder as well as CIPM Certificant from CFA Institute, USA. He has done his MBA in Finance from IBS Hyderabad, India.

Mr. Krishna Kumar an experienced professional and a Big Four alumnus with profound experience over 15 years across areas of Auditing (External & Internal), Risk management, Anti Money Laundering, Regulatory Compliance, Business Process & Internal Control Reviews;
A connoisseur in various sectors including Banking & Financial Services, Aviation Industry, Telecom, Retail, Real Estate, Hotels, Trading & Manufacturing companies;
Krishna joined Al Ritaj Investment Company - K.S.C. in 2013, presently he heads the Internal Audit Department, responsible for executing Internal audit activities and reports the outcomes to Board Audit Committee;
Prior to joining Al Ritaj, Krishna has worked for several audit firms which include KPMG, RSM Albazie in various capacities.
He obtained his Chartered Accountancy and Bachelors in Commerce from Bharathiar University, India. He is also Certified in Risk and Information Systems Controls from ISACA, USA, Risk-Based Audit from LSBF UK and in Strategic Governance, Risk and Compliance from LSBF UK.

Ms. Al Shams is the Assistant Vice President in the Asset Management Division – Regional Markets. She has over 8 years of Investment experience in GCC Markets. Her core experience lies in Wealth Management, Corporate Banking, GCC Capital Markets, Investment Relations, Real Estate Management, and Government bids and tenders.
Prior to joining Al Ritaj, she worked at Sharq Investment Company – a subsidiary of Zomorrodah Group -as Assistant Manager in Asset Management. She managed Zomorrodah’s GCC Fund where she led and established various effective strategy models for diverse portfolios tailored to client-specific needs.
Ms. Al Shams holds a Bachelor's Degree in Finance from Kuwait University. She was a board member on various prominent companies such as Kuwait Business Town and United Medical Services Co.
